Zion develops pre-placement service and orientation system:
Zion is committed to ensuring each staff working in a community residential setting shall complete a pre-service orientation to the specific needs of the members.
Zion has developed and revised its policies and procedures to address issues such as the following, which can occur in the operation of the setting: Incidents, Health related issues, Response to non-emergency conditions, Medical emergencies, Medical administration and storage, Instruction for documentations, Neglect and Abuse, etc.
Zion ensures that support services such as a safe environment and transportation are provided to promote the physical, emotional, and mental well-begin of the members. Zion staff are trained to teach our members to acquire knowledge and skills that enable the members to participate in their community based on their choices.
